Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Advanced Notice (48+ Hours)
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 48 hours' notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Late Cancellation (24-47 Hours)
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made between 24 and 47 hours before your scheduled appointment are subject to the following:
- A 50% cancellation fee will be charged (i.e., you will receive a 50% refund)
- You may reschedule once without penalty, but subsequent rescheduling within this timeframe will incur a 25% rescheduling fee
Very Late Cancellation (Less than 24 Hours)
For cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment:
- No refund will be provided for cancellations
- Rescheduling will incur a 50% rescheduling fee
No-Shows
If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notification:
- No refund will be provided
- The full service amount will be charged

We are committed to providing high-quality styling services. If you are dissatisfied with our services, please note the following:
- Immediate Feedback: If you are dissatisfied during your appointment, please inform your stylist immediately so they can address your concerns.
- Post-Service Concerns: If you have concerns after your appointment, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery.
Refund Consideration
Refund requests for completed services will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We consider the following factors:
- Nature of the dissatisfaction
- Whether concerns were raised during the appointment
- The extent to which the service met the agreed-upon scope
- Any objective failures in service delivery
Possible Resolutions

- Partial refund for services that did not meet expectations

- Styling advice is subjective in nature

Wardrobe Audit
- If the audit was not completed due to time constraints on our part, a partial refund or complimentary follow-up may be offered
- No refunds if the client did not make the wardrobe accessible as agreed
Personal Shopping
- Our personal shopping fee is non-refundable once the shopping appointment has occurred
- Merchandise purchased during the session follows the return policy of the respective retailers
Virtual Styling
- Technical issues on our end that prevent service delivery will qualify for a reschedule or refund
- Technical issues on the client's end will be addressed with a one-time reschedule opportunity
Gift Certificates and Packages
Gift Certificates
- Gift certificates are non-refundable but are transferable to another person
- Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase
- Expired gift certificates may be honored at our discretion, potentially with an administrative fee
Service Packages
- Multi-service packages purchased at a discount are eligible for partial refunds on unused services, less the applied discount
- Package services must be used within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise specified
Special Circumstances
Stylist Cancellation
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to stylist illness, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances:
- We will notify you as soon as possible
- You will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund
- In some cases, we may offer an additional discount on your rescheduled service for the inconvenience
Client Illness or Emergency
We understand that genuine emergencies and illness can occur. In such cases:

- Documentation may be requested for cancellations due to medical emergencies
- We will work with you to reschedule without penalty or provide a credit for future services
Extreme Weather or Force Majeure
In cases of severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control:
- Either party may cancel without penalty
- We will work with you to reschedule or provide a full refund
